I’ve recently filed a claim again a seller who scammed me out of £60 for some tickets, worried what will happen if I lose? Do I have to pay fee? Don’t want to have to pay even more money that I already have to this person. Thank you.

Paypal would not charge you a fee for losing a dispute.
