What happens after the 10 days

I made a claim as the item is fake after 10 days what happens as the seller still hasn’t replied and it was bought through depop what happens ??

Normally paypal review / refund within 48 hours of the deadline being made BUT there have been delays lately due I think because paypal are bogged down in claims due to the recent ZG Technology debacle so it may be a bit later.
