I opened a claim recently cause I got scammed and I escalated it to Paypal, after a few days it said they required my action but I opened the case and I saw nothing that I could do apart from wait till the date Paypal would respond back to me. However I see something that caught my eye, "Adjudication reason The seller has sent you a full refund." What does this mean??
