As you can see in the image below, I had contacted both my bank and PayPal to get some payments refunded. However, after the bank took the money, PayPal issued a refund on top of that. PayPal TOS stops you from normally disputing PayPal-issued refunds, but this is a serious error on their part. I have now lost money that shouldn't have been taken out. Is there anything I can do about this?
