Whats the story does everyone here at paypal have the virus? Why can't I email or message to someone about a problem i'm having try to retrieve a failed statement, the chat box is totally useless and just keeps giving me a run around, NO email Support or Phone support available what is this some third rate company? Handling millions of dollars everyday and can't afford to give their users any support, bad policy, this company needs to wake up and learn how to conduct business.
