Website said my payment had failed, it hadn't.

I went online to buy Tiger Balm. I placed an order for £77.00 worth of goods. The website said my payment had failed, but it had actually taken the money. I tried again with a smaller order as I thought maybe they were out if stock. The next day all the orders had gone through and despite an email first thing, they claimed they couldn't stop the parcel being sent. Their website seems to do it every evening once they close shop. They refuse to accept responsibility.
