I have just had my account debited £120.00 GBP for a item the buyer never collected from he's post office and which the post office tried to deliver 4 times in a one week period. The buyer agreed that this was not my fault and agreed that I should not lose out on postage so was happy and told PayPal he would take £100 refund. But the main problem is PayPal debited my account £120 and not The original purchase £114.16 - £5.84 fee. So I refund £120 and PayPal gets to keep the Fee £5.84 really don't seem right to me.
