We're unable to continue offering our services

Hello, 

 

My Account disabled last year November 2019, and I got 2000 K in my account, however, my money was held since then till today 

 

they mention Money will be held in your PayPal account for 180 days. After that lapse of time, we'll email you to explain how to withdraw your money. , however, till now, no one contacted me to see how can I transfer my money or help me in resolve active my account 

 

someone please help me how to contact them to transfer my money or re-active my account?
