We're initiating the closure of your PayPal account

Hi, I received an email this morning saying 'We're initiating the closure of your PayPal account' and my money will be hold for 180 days. Could some one please help what has happened with my account ? My transactions are from money freelance portals that I get paid for digital marketing jobs. Mine is a limited company and my Paypal is a business account.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I do not understand why they are initiating the closure of my PayPal account ?
