Hi,

 

I got this message today and anyone let me know how to remove this one or I can't do anything about this message

Thank you for using Community Forum as your way in reaching us.  As i do not have a visual on your account and check what is happening and you wish to get hold of our customer service as our phone lines is currently closed due to this pandemic (COVID19) our customer service can reached via chat.  

How does it works? Customer must login to their PayPal account and go to their Message Center wherein they can find the Chat Support option in which they can interact with our customer service representative as they have the capacity to view your account. If you prefer to email us,you may visit our website and below our page there is an option "Contact Us" please click that and you will be routed to 'Contact Customer Service' page, from the options shown click Email us, then select a topic and subtopic before typing your message. There should also be available option to connect to a live chat agent and, or you may also consider contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter. You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Thanks for your response at least I got some information from Paypal

I didn't find the chat option in the messenger centre and I've opened the 2 complaints with paypal for my account but still not receiving anything whom should I speak or provide documents to recovered my account as they send me the message that your account is permanent limited and put 180 days restriction and didn't do anything from my end 

Paypal should make a notice that during this time period we only relay on digital communication and I'm too much frustrated and need some urgent solution from paypal and no one from paypal speak with me for any details and send me the notice 

My all cases are successfully closed and if you provide me the direct email or chat option I will speak with them now as it's not my fault if paypal giving some option 

Below is the email I have sent yesterday about my dispute

Please tell us what your complaint is about: : Dear Managers/Paypal, It's a humble request from your customer that please don't proceed to close my account as I opened the case with paypal about the transaction dispute and if there investigation shows that it's not fulfilled according to the criteria as per the user aggrement then close the case and if they need to deduct the money from my balance they can proceed but it's a request that don't proceed to close my paypal as I'm so dependent on my paypal account Furthermore,in almost last 2 years I've opened only one case with paypal and in each and every company if the dispute is not successful it doesn't mean you can put the restrictions on the account. I request you from my side that please close all the disputes and wtever the amount you think plaease detuct from my account as I need this account to be run as it's not my fault and Paypal give us a right to opened any dispute case I called so many times in last 2 days but due to ongoing Cov_19 no one is picking up the call so that I can explained everything m in detail. I request you to please look into this matter as any documents for verification I'm ready to give your department. What do you want PayPal to do, to put it right for you? : I request paypal to remove all the restrictions and make me account run as a normal as I mentioned earlier that its our right to open the dispute but if technical team is not staified then they priceed to close the case without reversing any amount and close the case without any restrictions. It's my humble request to pleas remove all the restrictions and any document need from my side please don contact and I'm attaching my residence Irish and public service card for the identity

Hello Bella,

I tried all these option but there is no satisfied answer I received it except automated messages I'm receiving from the Paypal to follow the steps but call agent or chat option is available on the account which is very painful to me,

If possible can you please check this Ref Number PP-L-221339536640 on which they permanent limited my account and give me a threat that your account will be closed after 180 days which I'm really shocked and surprise.

I'm a user of pay pal since last 2018 and I'm excepting a good customer services from PayPal as We're customers and if we need to do a complain or dispute we'll follow the steps which PayPal explained to us.I'm chasing this case last couple of days calls emails messages but nothing I'm getting so that I will lift this permanent account access limitations from my account.

At this moment they permanent limited my account unable to transfer or receive the money and no one is reaching to me so that I can explained everything if they required any documents from my side I'm ready to give to them 

I'm really sorry but I need some help or support so that I can run my account which is very frustrated thing to me

Thanks for the information 

 

I've checked my emails but didn't receive any email direct from PayPal. I knew that 2 days back they give me the number to call but that number is not related to PayPal 08003587911 do you have any direct call back number which will be active during this time period or is that possible if you escalate my case to the upper level as I'm tired to keep sending them emails but I think I've to look some other options

Hi thank you for reaching out to PayPal Community Forum. I just want to add this on the previous post, can you please check how did we address you on that email? That email can be considered spoof or fake email and claiming that it is from PayPal. Please don't click any link from that email. I also added the link on how to spot a fake email and where you can send it for us to review or investigate if it's a legit email from us.
