Where exactly do I need to reupload the document for identity verification? I see no link or tab for the same. Looked at some older videos, but I don't see those options available in my interface. Moreover, tried searching for 'kyc' in Help, and on clicking the link to verify documents, all it does is take me back to the dashboard view of my home page. 

I believe this is also the reason why I'm unable to receive payments from others.

yeah, and there's real poor support from Paypal. Anyways, if I come across the option, I'll let you know.

hello i contacted paypal via twitter and i told them there's no link and they actually replied within minutes and sent me a link to upload my documents!
They said it will take 7-10 business days to resolve this
