I bought a digital gift card off a site called Off Gamers and it should be instant but it took a very long time... when I tried to contact them using a toll-free phone number it wasn't toll-free... maybe it wasn't cause I'm calling internationally, but anyways I panicked, used their site's order cancellation and escalated it to PayPal... Did I do anything wrong, so far? (Other than the fact that I didn't do a proper check of the site)
