Warranty of electrical item

Brought electric blanket from seller on eBay.

No problem with the item until now it only 8 month old and  purchased new blanket.

Can anyone tell me what l can do about exchanging it or I'am cover by PayPal for a refund or can contact manufacturer for exchange .

You have up to 180 days to open a dispute with Paypal so you are too late for that option.

So if you had a warranty when you bought the item then contact the seller for assistance?
