I made my account and did not realise that I had to be 18. Due to this my account has been limited and I am unable to transfer my money out of my account. Now that I am aware that I don’t meet the requirements I am fine with my account being deleted, however I would like to transfer my money to my bank account before this is done. I have attempted to call PayPal and have not been able to get through.
