Hi there, my account is limited for some reason i dont know but I just want to close my account. It says i have to submit some kind of identification. But i dont want to use this account anymore. I would like to delete the whole account. someone has added their phone number so I've been hacked I'm sure. So i just want to close it but it wont let me because my account is limited. Thank you
Limited accounts can't be closed with most of the critical features disabled and will remain limited until the issues are resolved and then close it. Might as well consider it closed if you're not going to take steps to resolve the problems with it.
