Want my money back

I have ordered a telecast notebook on 1st of October 2020 and the seller informed that it will be delivered within 3 days and now is 8th of October and I don't receive the laptop (notebook) yet. I also mailed them twice but they didn't respond and it feels like they are fake content. Now I want my money back as soon as possible!!!

I called back in OCTOBER! I was told that by the rep to wait because they told him that the orders had shipped, that being said I've continually asked and sent emails etc just to find out yesterday that my cases were closed because they weren't unauthorized? **bleep**? I never said they were and they knew that! As far as I'm concerned PayPal has ripped me off just as badly as the merchants did and I want to file claims against them both!!! A week b4 Christmas and I get **bleep** over by the company that's supposed to be protecting me, real nice PayPal!!!
