Want a refund and PayPal ignores my message

It was my first time buying with PayPal so I put a random name but didn't except it would be shipped to that name. So because of that I can't receive my item at the postal office.Now I want a refund and I contacted my seller but he didn't understand and I decided to do a resolution help at paypal.. Its been 1 month paypal didn't answer me yet. And when I contacted a support agent and explained my problem he didn't answer me and closed the case.

Why would the seller have to refund you because you chose to use a fake name on your paypal account?

If you use a fake name on a legal financial account then that is your mistake and you are responsible for the item not being delivered not the seller.
