Waldorf dolls order

I ordered Waldorf dolls from DUOTONGGUAN, the payment was made via credit card on 15th September, I have a receipt but not able to check where the parcel is at? any ideas how to chase these people?

Im in the same boat. Ordered on the 17th with cd. No tracking number provided. Have read some disturbing information about this company taking peoples money and not providing the product they ordered. Not looking good.
