Waiting for response from opened case on resolution center, no response yet.

It takes so long to wait for response from resolution center, without knowing what it is going on. When I spoke to the message center, only the Robot assistant answer the question without knowing the excellently request.

 

I still do not know what it is going on. Half month has gone. The status only says that it is under review. There is no further communication about the investigation and resolution. I bought  Medical Face Mask on mydeal.com.au. But I found the production certificate with non medical face mask description. I have upload the evidence to both of the seller and PayPal.   Therefore, I just request for full refund. 

 

What is the case going on?
