I made some purchases during May, paid for using my credit card. The purchases were refunded to Paypal between 11 and 24 May but only 3 of the 4 amounts were sent back to my credit card. The fourth amount is still sitting in my Paypal account. I tried adding my card so I could send the money back to myself but everytime I do it asks me to confirm the card, takes money from my card to verify it, doesn’t refund me, and then when I check again it still isn’t confirmed. So I have been messaging Paypal since 6 June to get them to refund. They say there was an internal error and they are working on it but it has been over 2 months and now my card is about to expire so what when that happens? They have just stopped replying to me now. I want to take legal action or something. Please share your advice?
