I recently made a claim to get a refund back on some clothes that never got sent out. Both I and the seller agreed to the dispute straight away making it a very simple case. It has now been 24 days since i created the claim and it is still being reviewed by Paypal and i have yet to receive a resolution date for when they expect to resolve the case. Anyone able to give me some extra information on when i should hear back from Paypal or why no one has responded yet?
