WRONG PUZZLE

I BUY PUZZLE ON 14 AUG 2020 FROOM SHEUZHEN LIJUAN TRANDING CO.,LTD 47,36USD BUT I GOT WRONNG PUZZLE.I SAY TO SELLER THE MISTAKE THE DO AND THAT I WANT TO SENT THE RIGHT PUZZLE OR MY MONEY BACK.

THEY SAY TO ME :  Dear customer,
We are very sorry for all the inconvenience caused to you.
We understand your feeling that you really need it urgently and you have waited for a very long time. However, according to our company’s rule, we are not allowed to resend.
Could I suggest that you return the unit for full refund. But please do understand that you need to pay the shipping fee. Besides, according to our company rule, we only allow to issue refund to our customer when we receive the return unit.
If you don't want to return it, could I suggest that we issue a partial refund of 25% and you don't need to return the unit to us which could save your time and money? Is it acceptable for you? As soon as we get your confirmation, we will deal with it immediately.
Please kindly let us know if we can go ahead with this solution.
