WITHDRAWING FROM PERMANENTLY LIMITED ACCOUNT.

My accounts are permanently limited. Attempts to add my bank details are not going through. My easiest way is to withdraw via Mpesa-PayPal but attempts to withdraw are also not going through, since the funds cannot be reached. Please help since I urgently need the funds.

If its a permanent limitation then the ONLY option in Kenya for withdrawal of funds is via a U.S bank account if you have one.

The normal options of mpesa or equity bank are not available for withdrawing from a permanently limited account.
