Can someone PLEASE explain the outcome of my purchase dispute to me?
I placed an order for Ebay via PayPal. When the order was not delivered the next day (per shipping instructions from the seller) I checked on Ebay to see what the status of the order was. Well, I could not check the status because the seller withdrew all of his account information and is no longer a member.
Red Flag...So I contacted Paypal to dispute the charge. After a couple of excuses from the seller and two weeks go by the case is closed in favor of the seller because he finally provided a USPS tracking number! (Did I mention the order was supposed to be delivered the day after I made the purchase?????)
So now this crook has my money and I do not have the equipment.
