I also got bopped, I bought a humble bundle and immediately got told my account was limited, asking for ID and purchase receipt from supplier, when i literally only buy things, never sold with my account

i also got the same paypal limitations, and i cant withdraw/send money or to do any payment at all...
also, the resolution page asks me for my ID photo, for pictures of my ''receipts'', and of proof of me being a seller (im not, i just like to buy things online +games).
regardless of that, this locking/restrictions of my account was useless and uncalled for, for i've been using paypal for many years, and i never had any issue with it until today.
can someone help me out?
also, on the limitation resolutions page,
an other alarming issue with this ''restore'' situation, is that when i try to click ''resolve'' on the topic named ''Provide proof of fulfillment'', it just stops the page from loading, and i have to refresh the page, and i try again, but the result is the same: noting happens, and the page either stops loading, or loads and then stops, but all the buttons of the page are un-clickable, aka=unresponsive.
let me know if anyone knows how to fix this, or if its a ''simple'' paypal error/mistake from their part, thanks.

Same problem here. I tried calling, 3 hour wait. I tried sending a message, no response. Hopefully it is resolved soon. Frustrating to have to spend time trying to fix a mistake they made and not getting a response.

Same for me, i am a seller, i make logos or videos for some persons and when i tried to buy something on steam my account was limited from nowhere. Now i have to wait for paypal response? Wtf is going on!

This is ridiculous! I just need to put five quid on my Son's school dinner account so he can eat tomorrow, they don't use cash, PayPal only. I logged on and saw that my account is limited with no notice given. The Revolution Centre says "We've noticed some significant changes to your account activity. " I had a look myself and could see no significant changes to my account at all.
Aha, as I was typing this I just got 3 requests asking about details of 3 online recent online casino wins I had. They think I sold something on ebay!! Haha! Eejits. They want me to provide fullfillment details for some prize payments???? I was fulfilled! What more can I say or do?

Honestly I suggest anyone who still has a chance to remove bank/cards from the PP account, until they solve all the recent issues we been having this month.
Their support hasn't responded to anyone in over 6 months as well, which doesn't look well.
I too have had issues with Paypal trying to charge me twice for a purchase, thankfully my bank was ready for this and denied the multiple queries (only allowing one as it should).
That didn't stop my account from being in the negative balance, over a week so far the account is still negative and no response from PayPal.
