Virtual Goods

I have paid a seller in goods and services for a virtual good and the seller has not released the information to me, but has asked me to click the confirm receipt button to send the funds faster.

Does this void my buyer protection  can I still dispute for "item not received" after clicking this button if I am scammed?

What Should i do?

when i click confirm shipment it said i can't open a dispute but the seller doesn't want to send the virtual goods after i click the confirm shipment first i want to get protected after i click confirm shipment

You would lose buyer protection.

If the seller won't send your item then open a dispute for non receipt to get your funds back.
