I open a case with pay pal because I bought a tent and got a rag. Yes a rag. Pal Pal says to return item for a refund saying company will refund. They gave me a return address in China. When I took it to post office and after filling out a customs declaration they tell me that this return address is bogus. No such place or thing. They receive this type of scams at least twice a month. where do I go from here?
