HELP - victim of fraud and I can't get through to PAYPAL customer service!
Someone withdrew from my checking account into Paypal then withdrew that monies into another Visa account.
I am trying to file a claim with PayPal but I cant get through to anyone!
On the phone it keeps ending the call saying, that I can't be helped at this time...
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
