I need help and advise , I was selling bitcoin online on localbitcoin , unfornatelly the buyer paid me into my account . and i have seen transcation .it was on hold by paypal , they send en email saying , we just want to confirm that it was same person , after releasing bitcoin , she cancelled the transcation.
i tried to start the resolution center complain but i cannot even open the ticket online
