Very Unhappy with PayPal Resolution Center's Handling of my claim that an item was not recieved

Claim Denied.  Seller indicated that item was delivered by UPS.  When I contacted UPS with their shipping number they stated the following details:

  1.  Shipping label was not to my name
  2. Shipping label was not to my address
  3. Shipment was not from the "Seller" that I indicated I purchased the item from
  4. The weight of the UPS shipment was not what the shipment should have been.

The sellers webpage has a phone number that will not connect.

The sellers webpage has a "message link" that doesn't work.

I emailed the website, the email of the owner and a message page on the website.  All explaining the above information.  NO Response from seller.

Reported all this to PayPal Resolution Center and that all they had to do was contact UPS to verify by phone what I told them and they refused to take that simple step.

Bottom line is I'm out of the entire purchase price and I've gotten no help from PayPal other than to deny my claim in favor of a fraudulent seller.

Lesson Learned: Never use funds in PayPal account, use a credit card.  I'm sure they would gotten my money back.
