Im trying to upload a PDF document to verify my address, its a PDF and within a size limit but all i get is a GREY TICK not a blue tick, and the NEXT button is GREYED OUT..My account is limited till i upload it but the site wont let me and i need to make an urgent withdrawal and i cant get through to anyone on the phone
