My account says it needs to be verified by uploading a credit card statement, but that card was lost and replaced with a different one. I'm trying to delete the old card from my account but it won't let me because it somehow needs to be verified (I think...?). I'm not sure how to disconnect the old credit card from the account and verify the account some other way so I need some help 🙂
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
