Verify my Account

So i tried to cash my check and pay pal told me it couldn't verify my identity.. i looked all over the help section, which was no help.. and I'm still confused. I have money in my account and my ssn is correct...what else do i have to do???

I have the same problem too. I try to verify my pp acc by using my iban from the bank but it doesn't seems to work at all. I'll using my card once I get it and hopes for the best. May pp is having a problem? Damn I trully don't know what's going on . Good luck bud
