Hi. My account has been Limited. I. In able to pay for services online with my available balance. I was first asked to verify my identity which I dd. I got an email from PayPal saying it has been restored. Now it's limited again. They say I need a proof of address but I can't find anywhere in the resolution center where I can upload my documents. I have sent several emails but I keep getting the same replies. It's like it's automatic please help
