Verification process Glitch

Hi my account said that its been limited due to the lack of documentation, though I have been using this account for about 4-5 years now and i went through this process way back then. I'm happy to provide you with new documents again but in my account when it says resolve the issue its saying that it may take 2-3 days to resolve. but its been like this for 4-5 years now and i have no problem with it since then.  

I cant seem to resolve the issue because in my "resolution center" it says it has 0 issues. i don't know how to resolve it hope you guys can help me out
