Vendor Scam

 Filed a claim and it seems to be going no where.

Shipping was delayed for 12 days and then tracking

magically said the package was delivered  and it was not !

The tracking web site said the package weight was about 12 pounds.

What I ordered  weighs    over 20 pounds do they did not send what I ordered !!!!

There used to be a phone number to call for help  where id that go ???
