I would guess that after some wrangling on the part of PayPal,,, Vango Group has agreed to a partial refund on the bogus Charmin I ordered. The entire process was an ordeal but, I actually had nothing to do with the negotiations. I agreed this morning to accept $6 back from Vango on the $35.94 spent on what I thought would be Charmin toilet paper. I first filed a complaint about it in April, and then escalated it to a claim when I realized the only avenue to accountability was though the actual product that was delivered. It just wasn't what was ordered. It all took about two months but,,, at least I am getting some satisfaction.
