Yep! I, too, was scammed by the Vango group. They advertised Charmin toilet paper and Bounty paper towels. What I got was a tiny package of 10 rolls of what I think is supposed to be toilet paper. When I filed a dispute I submitted pictures, receipts, etc. The seller offered me $5.00 refund. Are you kidding me? So I refused the offer. PayPal ruled against me. The reason they stated was that I didn't provide the information requested. Well, I certainly did!!! Including pictures of the ridiculous package I got. And as someone else already stated, if there are so many complaints against these scammers, why do they continue to let them do business through PayPal? Of course now I am out money and have no faith in PayPal whatsoever. All I can recommend is research who you're buying from. This incident has been reported to the proper authorities.
