I ordered from pp.careu.com on January 10, 2020. $37.97 was take from my paypal account on Jan 10. I have yet to receive the purchase. I don’t know where to locate company. Please help

Locate payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received (INR) dispute.

Sketchy site/merchant, many reports on them in the forums. Just type in "careu" in the search bar above and wait a moment for the results to pop up.
