So I thought I was buying a product that was advertised on Facebook, I checked advert and it did send me to a reputable supplier. However I had learnt that this company do not even stock the product sold. So I can only assume as I have heard nothing from them I will never receive the item. Am I not protected from fraudulent companies with PAYPAL protection.
Any hints on how I can escalate this a PAYPAL seem to want to protect this fake company over me.
Don’t bother! PayPal is in on this companies scam. They will not help you return the product or get your money back! Been there - got denied! All a SCAM!
