At about 8:30PM EST tonight I turned on my vpn, checked up on a few things, social media, games, etc,.. and then I logged into my PayPal account and tried to request my PayPal cash debit card (I just created this account yesterday). Well, in a matter of minutes I received an email stating that my account has been permanently limited. I really need my account unlocked. I did not know that my using a vpn would throw up red flags. Any and all help on this issue is greatly appreciated.
