Urgent not as described case

I purchased a collectible item and there were flaws not listed so I asked for a partial refund and he gave it to me. A couple days later I go to get an accessory for it and the company that makes them tells me it’s fake and gives me many comparisons which I send to the buyer and say I need to return and be refunded. I even offer to have a phone call between him and the authenticated. The seller thinks I’m just trying to back out of the transactions and won’t work with me. PayPal won’t let me open a claim for no reason.
