Hello PayPal Thank you for good service you provide to us, every question I asked from the day I joined you I got a response I appreciate your kind words and how you care about us. My current question is, I am dealing with online cars sellers and they send to me the invoice, I need to know if there are scammers who can sell things and get payments via PayPal? Because I don't trust these guys. Help me to know If I pay with PayPal I am safe to refund if things I don't get them. Thank you
