(Urgent) Was scammed and only receiving automated replies.

Hey.

I was recently scammed during btc transaction (I sent BTC, he sent paypal) then he chargebacked. (Was on vacation on didnt watch my email)

Now I tried to contact paypal using email (using https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us) and they only send automated replies.

Cant open dispute for the transactions

If he chargeback and the claim is now closed then unfortunately you lost due to non-response and nothing can be done about it

Damn that's badly designed system. This time lot's of money wasn't involved (he chargebacked 50€), but I can only imagine if it was hundreds or thousands. It's horrible that I could have lost that much just because I was on vacation and didn't check my email
