Dear PayPal,

I want to accept an offer, but I can't!

The site always says some error occured!

I am trying for a week now, I have sent PayPal at least 30 e-mails in a row! No answer arrived.

The seller has shipped the wrong product, also damaged and with missing parts.

He accepted to send a partial refund for $20.

But I can't accept the refund, the site always says that: 

"Let's try that again. Looks like something went wrong on our part." 

Look at the images and see what happens.

Please do something, the case will be over in a day.
