Had anyone else come up against a similar situation. I purchased an item off Facebook and they sent me the wrong item. I was told by PayPal that I would get full refund when I return the item. I went to FedEx there's a government mandate not allowing items to be sent to china. I went to post office they don't have tracking numbers for international mailing. Workout tracking number they will not send my refund.
