Uploading more evidence to a dispute after its under review
I have more information to submit for the case that was opened against me. The buyer said the item didn't arrive after I refused to accept a return which he requested. I have submitted screenshots of the buyer discussing that the item had arrived but was too big for him, which I submitted in the first instance. I didn't have access to the postage receipt at the time but assumed I could add more evidence later. I now have the tracking number from posting and on the Royal Mail website I have the buyers signature from when it was delivered. Nobody has been able to help me submit these details which would solve the case. Any help?
