Uploading documents in a dispute

Hi , in the middle of uploading documents to an existing dispute claim the file was sent empty and now I cannot find a way to go back to rectify and send again . I vs not even fond the dispute case all it tells me is that they ate waiting for the other side to respond . That cannot respond if the documents were not sent . What can I do please help ?
