Uploading docs

I recently denied a sellers offer of $1.00 to settle a case. The seller says he can't confirm FedEx delivery.

I supplied FedEx tracking number which proves delivery. I would like to upload FedEx.pdf form, to PayPal, that shows delivery… any suggestions?
