So I escalated a claim. When I did so I could not see where to upload photos and other evidence. I am wondering if I can edit anything and when I looked for a step by step and there was no 'resolve' option on my claim where the PayPal help says I can upload evidence. Does PayPal ask for this later?

Once a dispute is escalated to a claim, the seller will be provided 10 calendar days to respond. If the seller doesn't respond within the specified timeframe, the claim will automatically close in your favor on the 11th day. If the seller does respond and additional information is needed, you'll receive a request for the necessary details via email. I recommend checking your PayPal email address periodically for any further updates.
